1) Shipping

• Processing Time 
• All orders placed on our website are processed and prepared to be shipped within 24 hours only from Monday – Friday. We do NOT work on the weekends and major US holidays. Any order placed on those days will be processed on the next business day.
• Shipping Carriers
• All orders are shipped via UPS or FedEx and a tracking number is provided as soon as your order is shipped. You will have an option to select the shipping carrier of your choice at checkout. All shipments are insured with the shipping carrier.
• Shipping to a PO Box?
• We do NOT ship to PO Boxes. Orders will be shipped to a valid business or residential street address.
• Shipments returned back to us due to damage in transit
• If a shipment is returned to us due to damage in transit, we will carefully inspect it as soon as it arrives at our warehouse and we will re-ship it to the customer at no additional cost.
• Shipments returned back to us due to incorrect address
• If a shipment is returned to us due to incorrect address, we will contact the customer via e-mail or telephone to get updated / correct address. Once the information is collected, we will reship the shipment. Please note that the customer will be responsible for reshipping costs.
• Shipments returned back to us due to failed delivery attempts
• If a shipment is returned to us due to failed delivery attempts, we will contact the customer via e-mail or telephone to get updated / correct information. Once the information is collected, we will reship the shipment. Please note that the customer will be responsible for reshipping costs.

2) Ordering

• Changes to your order?

Generally, our staff starts working on your order immediately in order to meet our 24 hours processing time window, so we might not be able to make changes. However, please contact our customer service team via phone to get more information. 

3) Returns

• All sales are final sale and are not eligible for returns.
