Faqs

1) Shipping

  • Processing Time 
  • All orders placed on our website are processed and prepared to be shipped within 24 hours only from Monday – Friday. We do NOT work on the weekends and major US holidays. Any order placed on those days will be processed on the next business day.
  • Shipping Carriers
  • All orders are shipped via UPS or FedEx and a tracking number is provided as soon as your order is shipped. You will have an option to select the shipping carrier of your choice at checkout. All shipments are insured with the shipping carrier.
  • Shipping to a PO Box?
  • We do NOT ship to PO Boxes. Orders will be shipped to a valid business or residential street address.
  • Shipments returned back to us due to damage in transit
  • If a shipment is returned to us due to damage in transit, we will carefully inspect it as soon as it arrives at our warehouse and we will re-ship it to the customer at no additional cost.
  • Shipments returned back to us due to incorrect address
  • If a shipment is returned to us due to incorrect address, we will contact the customer via e-mail or telephone to get updated / correct address. Once the information is collected, we will reship the shipment. Please note that the customer will be responsible for reshipping costs.

2) Ordering

  • Changes to your order?

Generally, our staff starts working on your order immediately in order to meet our 24 hours processing time window, so we might not be able to make changes. However, please contact our customer service team via phone to get more information. 

3) Returns

  • All glass items have a 7 days return policy (only on unused and brand-new products). Any damages must be reported within 24 hours of delivery of the order.
  • All other merchandise has a 7 days return policy on unused and un-opened items. 
  • All returns must be in original condition (except for damages) and have their original packaging in order to be eligible for a full refund.
  • All Sale items are final sale and are not eligible for returns.
  • All returned items are carefully inspected by our returns department and once the inspection is completed (usually within 48 hours of receipt of the merchandise). If everything is good, we will go ahead and issue a refund back to your original method of payment. However, if something is found not as described in the return filed, someone from our returns department will contact you to resolve the issue.
